Together Group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function across the Middle East and Hong Kong, based in Dubai. You will partner with regional leadership to drive financial performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting with variance analysis, payroll, audits, and cross-border finance transformation to improve profitability and efficiency. Experience in ME/APAC and IFRS is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience managing multi-country operations in ME/APAC.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and internal controls.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytics.
• Experience in multinational or international organisations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the finance function for Middle East and Hong Kong regions.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and local regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate audits and manage payroll and gov't reporting.
• Drive working capital management and treasury activities.
• Drive finance process improvements and transformation projects.
