Job summary

Vhr is seeking an Officer Finance BP O2 to partner with Business Areas and the FP&A team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on detailed cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering insightful financial information to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include monthly closings, variance analysis, reporting, and developing KPIs for strategic initiatives. Fluency in English and experience with SAP, Excel, and BI tools are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.
• Working towards a professional qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA is a plus.
• Min 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in related financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing, reporting and analysis to understand costs and drivers for the portfolio.
• Prepare auxiliary reports to estimate accruals and compare actuals to budget and forecast.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, ensuring forecast models align with operating plan and assumptions.
• Collaborate with Business Areas to evaluate options, validate business cases, and improve profitability.
• Develop KPIs and reports for Corporate Strategy and drive process/tool improvements.
