Job summary

Ounass, the Middle East luxury e-commerce leader, seeks a temporary Finance Business Partner to advise business units, align financial objectives, and drive efficiency and sustainable growth. You will partner with leadership to develop financial strategies, perform analysis, model investments, and guide non-financial managers.

Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cross‑functional cost optimization while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certification (CA) preferred.
• Ongoing development in financial analysis, business strategy, and leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems for financial reporting.
• Ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in FP&A and commercial finance partnering.
