Job summary

Ziina in Dubai is seeking a Finance Analyst to own reconciliations across bank, GL, product ledger and gateways, delivering zero unexplained variances at month-end. You will automate manual reconciliations and build dashboards for cash, burn, runway and P&L, while mapping data pipelines feeding payroll and ERP data into our systems.

You’ll partner with Accounting, Ops, Product and Engineering to maintain audit-ready processes and contribute to an ERP migration that scales with the business,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or a data-focused role.
• Write solid SQL independently.
• Experience in fintech, bank or payments data across multiple systems.
• Based in, or open to relocating to, the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own Ziina's full set of reconciliations across bank, GL, product ledger and gateways.
• Run our reconciliation engine day to day and investigate every break to root cause.
• Automate the reconciliations that are still manual and define exception logic.
• Partner with Accounting Manager to keep month-end close on track and audit-ready.
• Build and own the Finance dashboard for cash, burn, runway and managerial P&L.
• Own data pipelines feeding payroll, Ops, bank and gateway data into our ERP.
• Play a key role in the ERP migration and rollout of new Finance tools.
