Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounts, finance operations, billing or reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and enjoyment of working through numbers
• Comfortable investigating issues and following transactions from source to resolution
• Able to communicate clearly and elevate issues with logic and structure

Responsibilities

• Reconcile revenue, payouts, fees, invoices, and transactions
• Identify missing payments, mismatches, duplicates, or over/underpayments
• Organise finance records so everything is traceable and auditable
• Track invoices issued/received, payment status, aging items, and balances
• Build dashboards and trackers for revenue, payouts, fees, collections, and exceptions
• Improve finance reporting visibility using modern tools
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to clarify numbers and clean legacy issues
• Maintain UAE bookkeeping documentation and compliance support
• Support month-end preparation with accurate data
• Suggest practical processes to reduce manual work and improve control
