Job summary

AM PM Europe GmbH in Dubai seeks a seasoned Finance professional to coordinate operations within the Finance Department, drive consolidation of statements, and develop budgets and forecasts.

You will work across departments to streamline processes, implement regulatory frameworks, and contribute to automation initiatives, ROI analyses, and strategic reporting. The role requires strong English, Russian, and project management skills in an international banking context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven project management skills.
• Experience with international companies and banking accounts.
• Proficient in English and Russian languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities within the Finance Department.
• Streamline accounting and reporting methodologies.
• Enhance business process efficiency in collaboration with other departments.
• Draft regulatory frameworks for crucial processes.
• Ensure seamless functioning of the control mechanisms.
• Compile consolidated financial statements (PL CF BS).
• Develop consolidated forecasts and budgets (PL CF BS).
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of ROI ROE and EVA.
• Craft presentation materials.
• Contribute to automation initiatives.
• Participate in projects aligning accounting and managerial accounting.
