Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with VAT filing and ensure UAE VAT compliance.
• Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier and customer statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the general ledger and support month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide documentation during audits.
