LESTARS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY is recruiting a Customer Support Specialist (Filipino-speaking) for a rapidly growing iGaming client relocating to Yerevan, Armenia. You will handle player inquiries across chat, phone, and social channels, ensuring accurate bonus guidance and smooth account support.

The role requires fluent Filipino and English, with Chinese a bonus. A bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year in customer support are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer support experience (minimum)
• Experience in iGaming or FinTech is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia
• Fluent in Filipino and English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries via chat, phone, social media and other channels.
• Explain bonus rules, eligibility and redemption procedures.
• Record user feedback and escalate complex issues to supervisors or teams.
• Assist users with account issues, deposits/withdrawals and bonus payout status.
• Introduce current promotions and guide users to participate in campaigns.
• Maintain daily relationship management with existing clients to ensure retention and engagement.
