Michelin in Dubai seeks a CES Specialist, a field-based technical role within the Quality Domain. You will be responsible for capturing how our tyres and services are used in real-world settings, giving technical advice, monitoring market performance, and managing field surveys to improve quality.

The position involves supporting the sales and marketing teams with technical insights, training, and timely risk management to uphold Michelin's standards.

Responsabilidades

• Capture usage: collect in-field data on how our products and services are used and how they perform to improve our offer and identify risks.
• Give advice: provide technical support to customers and internal teams to promote product benefits, add value and reduce risk.
• Market surveillance: monitor market and field performance vs competition; report weak signals and alerts, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Claim management: help resolve customer complaints, balance customer focus with protecting the company; handle product liability matters if delegated.
• Field surveys: find suitable customer fleets, agree terms, set up and follow field surveys to improve product quality and manage risks.
