Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of construction inspection and contract compliance experience.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, structural standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to review materials certificates, test results and document inspection evidence accurately.
• Experience with digital inspection software and structured field reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect structural works in buildings, bridges, foundations and infrastructure components.
• Monitor construction progress and compare field conditions with drawings and specs.
• Verify contractor compliance with structural requirements and contract obligations.
• Examine materials and workmanship for conformity with project criteria and standards.
• Review certificates, test reports and quality records prior to acceptance.
• Identify defects, non-conforming work and safety concerns during inspections.
• Record observations with measurements, notes and photos; produce daily reports.
• Maintain traceable inspection records and remediation actions for audits or handovers.
• Communicate findings to contractors, engineers and project management.
