Job summary

Manufacturing Plant - UAE - Abu Dhabi is seeking a Field Services Team Lead to oversee a team of Field Services Technicians. You will plan, schedule, and monitor field activities, ensuring timely and quality service to customers.

Travel to client sites is required, and you will maintain strong records and reporting. You will foster a safety-first culture, provide training, and coordinate with customers and management to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Field Services Technicians and assign work.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of service requests.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and document resolutions.
• Provide regular reports on team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Attend progress meetings and review site methods.
• Train staff and evaluate testing activities at site.
• Build client relationships and manage budgets/timelines.
