Job summary

Schneider Electric in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Service Engineer-GIS to join our Services team. You will apply MV/LV expertise to install, commission, troubleshoot, and retrofit GIS and related Schneider Electric equipment on customer sites, managing field operations with minimal supervision.

The role emphasizes strong client interaction, site governance, and delivery of high-quality service documentation and training to customers, while aligning with our KPIs and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is required.
8+ years hands-on experience in GIS installation, commissioning, and MV/LV equipment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management with customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Act as L2 Technical Expert within Schneider Electric product community.
Perform installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of GIS and MV/LV products.
Lead site investigations, prepare technical reports, and deliver customer training and guidance.
