Job summary

Connexio in Dubai seeks a Field Service Engineer to perform maintenance, installation and commissioning of CCU systems ensuring uninterrupted power and cooling for critical loads. The role involves diagnosing faults, mentoring technicians, and delivering precise field reports on-site.

The candidate will interface with clients, oversee safety compliance, and hand over fully commissioned systems while maintaining focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering with CCU maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CCU including battery testing, load testing and component replacement.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic equipment with minimal supervision.
• Lead installation, site preparation, system commissioning and customer handover for CCU related systems.
• Interface directly with clients, provide technical guidance and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level technicians during field operations.
• Complete field service reports, maintenance checklists and timesheets accurately and promptly.
• Ensure proper use, calibration and inventory of tools and test equipment.
• Follow all site safety procedures and company HSE guidelines during field operations.

Role amp responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance
