Viessmann Middle East is seeking a Technical Service Engineer – Boilers to join our field-based team in the UAE. You will provide professional technical support to customers, contractors, installers, and service partners, handling troubleshooting, commissioning, maintenance, and warranty tasks.

The role demands a strong customer-service mindset, solid boiler expertise, and the ability to work independently in customer-facing environments across the UAE.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of field service, commissioning, maintenance or technical support in heating/hot water/boiler industry.
• Experience with boilers and hot water systems; steam boilers and heat pumps preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and partners.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot and ensure timely resolutions.
• Commission, start-up, testing, and handover of installed systems.
• Perform maintenance, inspections and repairs to required standards.
• Manage warranty cases and service activities per policy.
• Prepare site visit reports and technical documentation.
