Job summary

Super Grass General Trading LLC in Dubai seeks a proactive Sales & Site Visit Coordinator to drive growth through sales outreach, client management, and accurate site-based measurements. You will handle inbound leads, conduct client meetings and visits, prepare quotations, and coordinate order processing across inventory and delivery teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in direct sales, a UAE driving license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

2–4 years of direct sales experience
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, site assessments
Valid UAE Driving License is required
Strong negotiation and closing skills; ability to prepare quotations/invoices
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM familiarity

Responsibilities

Direct Sales & Lead Generation: handle inbound inquiries, proactively reach out to potential clients, convert leads into active accounts, achieve sales targets.
Client Meetings & Site Visits: visit client locations, project sites, and commercial spaces to present catalogs, demonstrate samples, and take on-site measurements.
Quotations & Sales Closure: prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and proforma invoices; negotiate terms to close deals.
Order Processing & Tracking: process orders, coordinate with inventory/production/delivery, monitor installations or deliveries to completion.
Relationship Management: maintain contact with project managers, contractors, consultants, and end-clients to generate repeat business.
Reporting: maintain CRM records, track visit outcomes, and submit weekly sales activity reports.
