Job summary

Benchmark Pest Control & Cleaning Services LLC in Dubai is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our field-based team. This full-time, on-site role focuses on supporting daily sales operations, preparing proposals, and maintaining client records.

You will collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, handle calls and emails professionally, and help the sales team achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily sales operations
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries and service requests
• Manage customer records and maintain CRM/database updates
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
