Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent Bachelor's degree is required or preferred.
• Experience in outdoor/field sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and businesses to promote and sell company products or services.
• Door-to-door sales daily to generate leads and close deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Present products, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management regarding customer feedback and market trends.
• Attend meetings, product training.
