Job summary

Vapoholic Distribution in Dubai is seeking a field sales executive to cover the UAE market, driving retailer visits and closing orders.

You will manage a daily route, open new accounts, service existing partners, collect payments and report market feedback to the sales manager. The role offers a base salary and strong commission prospects, with full training as we expand across the Emirates.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE residency visa (we are not sponsoring for this role).
• Own vehicle and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Proven field sales experience in FMCG, tobacco, beverages or similar.
• Confident negotiator comfortable contacting retail outlets.
• Well organised and able to plan a territory and day.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage.

Vapoholic Distribution supplies e-liquids, nicotine pouches and disposable vapes to retailers across the UAE. Our e-liquid and pouch range is manufactured in the UK to our own specification. As demand grows, we are expanding our Dubai based sales team and looking for a field sales executive who can build and own a territory.

THE ROLE

This is a hands on, on the road position. You will spend your day in the market, not behind a desk.

• Planning and running a daily route of retailer visits across your assigned territory
• Presenting the full product range, negotiating and closing orders
• Opening new accounts and reactivating dormant ones
• Servicing existing accounts through stock checks, reorders and shelf presence
• Collecting payments and managing customer credit within agreed limits
• Logging visits, orders and competitor activity through our mobile sales app
• Reporting market intelligence and pricing movements back to the sales manager

WHAT YOU NEED

• Valid UAE residency visa (we are not sponsoring for this role)
• Your own vehicle and a valid UAE driving licence
• Proven field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, tobacco, beverages or a similar fast moving category
• A confident negotiator who is comfortable cold calling on retail outlets
• Well organised and able to plan a territory and manage your own day
• Fluent English. Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage given the retail landscape here
