Responsibilities

• Visit partner shops daily according to the field schedule.
• Compare products with platform listings.
• Use a handheld scanner to verify product information.
• Add or update product barcodes within the approved system.
• Check quantities, prices, images and descriptions for accuracy.
• Correct incomplete or outdated catalogue information.
• Coordinate with shop employees to confirm stock availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for listed products.
• Monitor product levels and identify items that are out of stock.
• Flag recurring inventory discrepancies for further operational review.
• Verify that shop assortments are represented correctly on the platform.
• Prepare daily reports covering stock and assortment status.
• Use report findings to identify product-data or availability gaps.
• Organize field visits efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
• Prioritize urgent shop updates that may affect customer orders.
• Communicate shop-level findings to relevant operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of visits and completed updates.
• Travel to locations within and outside Dubai when required.
• Support product-verification activities during expansion into new markets.
• Follow field procedures while completing physical and system-based tasks.
