Job summary

Halian is seeking an Events and Marketing Field Specialist for a 6-month contract in Dubai. The role owns end-to-end event execution, including logistics, agency liaison, budget tracking, and post-event pipeline handoff, working closely with UAE marketing leadership.

You will coordinate with UAE BDR/AE teams on attendee lists, on-site coverage, and lead handoff, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B field marketing or event management.
• Strong UAE network with venues, caterers, agencies, AV suppliers.
• Vendor and budget discipline with contract negotiation experience.
• Enterprise audience instincts, capable of engaging CxOs and senior buyers.
• Willing to be on-site, including evenings, and travel within the UAE.
• Arabic language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events end-to-end: venues, catering, guest lists, run of show, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
• Manage UAE event agency: briefs, deadlines, deliverables, invoices, and approvals.
• Oversee budget, admin tasks, contracts, POs, onboarding and spend tracking against UAE budget.
• Coordinate third-party event lifecycle: staffing, lead capture, sponsorship checks and logistics.
• Collaborate with ABM, Sales, and Marketing to align events with target accounts.
• Support reporting: registrations, attendance, cost per attendee, SQLs and pipeline.
• Ensure on-site delivery for executive events and high-profile engagements.
