Job summary

Otis Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Service Operations professional to lead and execute maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of our elevator systems across major projects in the Abu Dhabi area.

The role demands strong technical knowledge of Otis and non-Otis products, excellent customer management, and the ability to work in a high-profile, team-oriented environment. Minimum 7 years in elevator service operations and a Diploma in business or engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree in business/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical and high skilled works in a construction/engineering organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose Otis & NonOtis products to restore operation.
• Maintain customer relationships and manage high-profile accounts.
• Inspect equipment, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes are met; complete service reports.
