Mistral is seeking a Field CTO to serve as a senior external technical voice, shaping AI strategy for strategic accounts and engaging CIOs/CTOs as a peer. You will represent Mistral at major industry events, publish thought leadership, and influence product direction based on executive feedback.

The role is externally facing and influence-driven, with travel across your region. You will work with regional sales leadership and translate enterprise conversations into strategic insights for product

Formación

• Credibility in AI with a public track record of papers, articles, or talks.
• Explicit stance on open-weight models for enterprises adopting them.
• Fluency in European data sovereignty and on-premise deployment.
• Ability to engage C-level stakeholders across multiple verticals.
• 10–25 years of experience in enterprise technology with senior leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% depending on region.

Responsabilidades

• Executive engagement with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders; manage relationships at strategic accounts.
• Publish thought leadership content and keep Gartner/Forrester informed on roadmap and market position.
• Represent Mistral at industry events through keynotes, panels, and roundtables.
• Contribute market feedback to product direction; translate executive conversations into actionable requirements.
