Job summary

Nectar in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail to lead the team with a focus on customer service and sales growth through expert product knowledge.

You will train staff on skincare benefits and consultation techniques, drive daily sales against targets, ensure on-brand merchandising, and collaborate with marketing on launches and workshops while maintaining professional customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in beauty, cosmetics retail.
• Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
• Deep product knowledge in natural skincare and cosmetics applications.
• Strong leadership and team training skills.
• Experience organizing beauty events, product demonstrations, and skincare workshops.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications in beauty/skincare are a strong plus.
