Job summary

redfordrecruiters seeks a Pastry Chef for a prestigious hospitality group in the UAE, based in Al Ain. You will lead pastry production across cakes, pastries and confections while ensuring top taste, texture and visual appeal.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, strong baking techniques, and a solid understanding of UAE food safety standards. Immediate joiners are preferred and the position offers full-time hours in Al Ain.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality and recipe scaling.
• Good understanding of UAE food safety and hygiene standards.
• Creative mindset with marketable dessert ideas.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Filipino or Nepalese nationals only.
• Must be willing to work full-time in Al Ain UAE.
