Job summary

Duncan & Ross Consulting seeks a Project Control Engineer to manage FEED phase planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, cost control and reporting. You will ensure adherence to budget and timelines while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of engineering deliverables, resource planning, earned value and cross-discipline coordination in oil & gas or energy projects. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of project controls experience focused on FEED/engineering phases.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project and Excel-based tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed FEED schedules (Level 1-4) in Primavera P6 or equivalent.
Define WBS, activity coding, resource loading, and logic sequencing for FEED deliverables.
Integrate schedules across disciplines and track critical paths and milestones.
Monitor progress vs baseline; prepare cost-to-complete forecasts.
Prepare monthly cost reports with variance analysis and corrective actions.
Support risk identification, registers, and mitigation plans.
Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management.
