Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced operations and strategy leader to own high-priority initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with senior leaders to define critical questions and drive efficiency. You will identify bottlenecks, design improvements, and establish metrics and reporting cadences.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, with a background in investment banking or consulting and experience in high-growth startups. Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate workflows is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total work experience.
• 2+ years in investment banking or consulting.
• 2+ years in a high-growth startup (Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, or Strategic Finance preferred).
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill complex, ambiguous issues into structured frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools/agents to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
• Work directly with leaders to define and prioritize critical strategic questions facing the business.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design process improvements to drive efficiency and margin.
• Develop and maintain critical operating metrics and reporting cadences.
• Apply AI tools and agents to analysis, reporting, and workflow design.
