Job summary

AccorHotel in Ras Al Khaimah is hiring an F&B Supervisor to lead the team and deliver memorable Food & Beverage experiences for guests. You will manage resources, mentor staff, and ensure brand standards across outlets.

You will collaborate with kitchen, monitor guest feedback, and drive guest satisfaction scores. A hospitality degree and at least 2 years in a similar role are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management or F&B.
• Experience in Restaurant Service / In-room Dining operations.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
• Should be well versed with Restaurant Service/Inroom Dining Operations
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
