Job summary

Accor in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an F&B Captain to lead a dedicated service team and deliver memorable dining experiences. You will supervise restaurant operations, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to Accor brand standards.

You will coordinate with the kitchen, manage resources, forecast demand, and monitor VIP lists while actively pursuing guest feedback to raise satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management or food & beverage.
• Familiar with Restaurant Service Operations.
• Service-focused personality with a passion for food & beverage.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to lead by example.

• Regularly review house counts. forecast and VIP list and communicate daily between all outlets

• Should have min. 2 years experience in similar role.
• Degree in hospitality management / food & beverage
• Should be well versed with Restaurant Service Operations
