Job summary

7 Management in Dubai is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its Fast Casual Division, driving profitability and guest experience across dine‑in, takeaway, and delivery. You will set strategic direction, oversee GM performance, and ensure brand standards across all outlets.

You will optimize revenue, food and labor costs, manage budgets and forecasts, and build teams through hiring, coaching, and structured training. A track record in rapid expansion and omni‑channel operations is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading multiple venues in fast casual or similar formats.
• Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills with a results-driven approach.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts, and key division KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Revenue management and P&L oversight across the division, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Oversee operations and guest experience to ensure fast, accurate service and brand consistency.
• Drive growth across dine-in, delivery, and online channels; manage promotions and partnerships.
• Lead GMs, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance development across outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, SOPs and internal controls; conduct audits and reviews.
