Job summary

R&B Fashion is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations on site in Dubai. You will ensure smooth front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house collaboration, training, inventory checks, and adherence to budgets while driving revenue and service standards.

You will lead weekly meetings, manage staff schedules, and coordinate with the executive chef and beverage team to refine menus and the beverage list. A strong focus on hygiene, safety, and customer experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management capabilities.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Operational and budget management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across FOH and BOH teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with FOH and BOH staff to meet daily restaurant requirements.
• Oversee training of staff before opening and as needed to maintain service standards.
• Lead pre-opening phase coordination covering staffing, training, stocking, menu, budgets and marketing plans.
• Monitor attendance, schedules, and leave rosters; ensure disciplinary procedures are followed.
