Job summary

Apt Resources in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations across a large farm facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will supervise daily maintenance activities, oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps and irrigation equipment; coordinate technicians and contractors; and conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience as MEP Supervisor in farm or large property settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to supervise maintenance teams and contractors.
• Experience coordinating maintenance across multiple systems and sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MEP maintenance, repair, and installation activities across the farm.
• Oversee electrical systems, water supply, plumbing, pumps, irrigation-related equipment, and other mechanical systems.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensure all MEP works are completed according to safety standards and operational requirements.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Maintain records and reports of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repairs.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical problems and minimizing equipment downtime.
• Ensure proper use and availability of tools, materials, and spare parts.
