Job summary

Cutting Edge Recruitment seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Abu Dhabi team within the construction and facilities management sector. The successful candidate will oversee MEP systems, ensuring installation, maintenance and operation meet required standards, while collaborating with project managers, engineers and contractors to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the MEP field within construction or facilities management.
Experience supervising teams and coordinating multiple MEP tasks.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans/specifications.
Strong communication with project managers, engineers, contractors, and teams.
Knowledge of UAE safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee MEP installations, maintenance, and repairs to meet standards and efficiency.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time completion.
Monitor quality and ensure safety compliance across contractors and subcontractors.
Lead and mentor the MEP team to deliver safe, high-quality results.
Identify and resolve MEP issues quickly to minimize downtime.
