Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking an experienced and hands-on Team Leader – Farm Maintenance / Infrastructure to oversee the maintenance and repair of farm facilities, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure for our VIP client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

You will lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, ensuring that farm buildings, irrigation systems, fencing, roads and utility networks are kept to high safety and operational standards while planning schedules and coordinating with farm management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in farm or infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, irrigation, and civil maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in agricultural or large property environments.
• Ability to read maintenance plans, schedules and technical drawings.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor farm conditions.
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities across farm buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, and general workers.
• Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of farm facilities and infrastructure.
• Monitor irrigation systems, water pumps, pipelines, fencing, roads, drainage, and other farm infrastructure.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Plan maintenance schedules, allocate manpower, and manage maintenance records.
• Coordinate with farm management regarding repair priorities and operational requirements.
• Identify maintenance issues proactively and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Support emergency repairs and troubleshooting when required.

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in agricultural, farm, landscaping, or large property environments.
• Ability to read maintenance plans, schedules, and technical drawings.
• Good problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor farm conditions.
• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field is preferred.

Salary: 6,500 AED plus free accommodation, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
