The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant, strong English communication, and a professional demeanor aligned with Wynn standards.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, water features, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan is currently seeking Waiter / Waitress - Casual Dining to join the resort's Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an engaging, personalized dining experience.
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of all items.
• Set up, maintain, and clear tables according to outlet standards.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, attention to detail, and proper etiquette.
• Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special requests clearly to the kitchen and bar.
• Adhere to Wynn grooming, uniform, and professional conduct standards.
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
• Anticipate guest needs, check on satisfaction, and provide proactive service.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure all interactions reflect Wynn's service philosophy and Forbes standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, side stations, and service equipment.
• Support opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.
• Follow all SOPs related to service flow, order handling, and guest engagement.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant
• Good product knowledge of international/local cuisine, beverages preparation methods.
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Fluent spoken English and one other language specified for restaurant guest demographics
• Knowledge of MS Office, POS Software will be preferred
• Customer service orientated, good communicator and interpersonal skills, good salesmanship
• Well-groomed with excellent hygiene, confident, friendly and polite
• Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, organized, confident, and calm under pressure; team player who responds quickly to operational demands.
