Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly F&B dashboards and MIS reports including revenue costing and budget analysis.
• Post F&B revenues, bank receipts, and related entries in the accounting system.
• Calculate and generate royalty and concession invoices for third-party partners.
• Submit alcohol event revenue to the Dubai Municipality portal and manage related payments.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for F&B operations.
• Conduct periodic internal audits, stock counts, and warehouse variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE legislation, company policies, and internal controls.

This role involves:

• Ensuring financial accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency across all food and beverage operations.
• Overseeing F&B revenue accounting, monthly dashboard and MIS reporting, inventory cost control, and financial audits, while driving compliance with company policies and statutory regulations to support the venue’s financial performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare monthly F&B dashboards and MIS reports including revenue costing, actual vs. budget analysis, and top sales performance.
• Manage event-day credit card distribution, reconcile sales against actual revenue, and process suite holder invoices.
• Calculate and generate royalty commissions and concession commission invoices for third-party partners.
• Post F&B revenues, bank receipts, and backstage entries accurately in Business Central.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process for food and beverage operations.
• Conduct periodic internal audits, regular stock counts, and warehouse audits with variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE legislation, company policies, and internal financial controls.
• Submit alcohol event revenue to the Dubai Municipality portal including payment processing.

You should have:

Experience:

• Previous use of NCR or similar system Point of Sale (POS) is advantageous.
• Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.

• Fluent in English.
