The LAB Holding Ltd in Dubai is seeking an experienced Cashier for busy F&B operations. You will be the first point of contact, handle payments, manage the cash float, and support front-of-house duties to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Cashier in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Handle cash float, petty cash, invoices, and daily sales deposits.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately.
• Accept payments via cash, card, or other digital methods.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits and change as required.
• Maintain adequate change and keep cash area tidy and organized.
• Take phone orders and respond to queries regarding menu and reservations.
• Assist with food delivery to tables and clearing of plates.
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant remain clean and presentable.
• Possess strong knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service and dining experience.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
