Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East in Dubai is seeking an experienced Falcon 7X Captain to lead operations for discerning business aviation clients. The role emphasizes safety, service, and strict adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will manage Commander duties, ensure airworthiness, and coordinate with passengers while maintaining CRM standards and professional on-board conduct. Relocation to UAE is expected for this non-commuting role.

Qualifications

• ATPL with Falcon 7X type rating and current currency.
• 4,000 total flight hours; 2,000 hours jet; 1,000 hours PIC; 500+ hours on type.
• ATPL issued by UK, an EASA member state, or an ICAO member state.
• Valid unrestricted Class 1 Medical.
• Corporate/business aviation experience desirable.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to reside in, or relocate to, the United Arab Emirates (non‑commuting role).

Responsibilities

• Carry out full Commander responsibilities per OM-A and EJME SOPs.
• Ensure airworthiness and complete documentation before departure.
• Liaise with passengers/owner on schedule, defects, and weather; brief on journey time and delays.
• Lead CRM and maintain a safe, discreet onboard environment.
• Verify passenger travel documents and ensure passenger safety.
• Conduct/assign all required crew briefings and cabin security checks.
• Uphold company reputation through professional presentation.
• Report incidents via approved channels and promote a just culture.
• Maintain knowledge of operating instructions and civil aviation regs.

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced Falcon 7X Captain to join our Flight Operations team in Dubai. You will lead safe, efficient, and service‑focused operations for discerning business aviation clients, upholding our strong safety culture and professional standards on every mission.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Carry out full Commander responsibilities in accordance with OM-A and EJME Operations Manuals, SOPs, and flight time limitations.


• Ensure the aircraft is airworthy and all documentation is complete and compliant prior to departure.


• Liaise professionally with passengers and/or the aircraft owner on schedule impacts, defects, en-route weather, and other operational considerations; provide clear briefings on journey time and any potential delays.


• Lead and model exemplary CRM, creating a safe, discreet, and service‑oriented onboard environment.


• Verify passenger travel documents and assume ultimate responsibility for passenger safety and adherence to flight attendant instructions.


• When operating with inflight service personnel, conduct or delegate all required briefings and cabin security checks.


• Uphold company reputation through immaculate personal presentation and conduct of the entire crew.


• Report abnormalities, events, incidents, or accidents via approved channels; actively promote and support a just culture.


• Maintain current knowledge of company operating instructions, memos, and the civil aviation regulations applicable to the aircraft’s state of registry, operating accordingly.

• ATPL with a current Falcon 7X type rating; recent PIC experience on Falcon 7X/8X is essential.


• Minimum flight experience: 4,000 hours total time, including 2,000 hours jet time; 1,000 hours PIC; and at least 500 hours on type.


• ATPL issued by the UK, an EASA member state, or an acceptable ICAO member state (e.g., FAA).


• Valid unrestricted Class 1 Medical.


• Corporate/business aviation experience is desirable.


• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.


• Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications.


• Willingness to reside in, or relocate to, the United Arab Emirates (non‑commuting role).
