Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced airline captain to oversee operations for high-end business aviation in the Dubai region.

The role requires 4,000+ total hours, 2,000 hours in jets, and 1,500+ PIC hours, with significant time in multi-engine aircraft and high-risk airspace. English fluency and a strong CRM mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• ATPL with current Type Rating required.
• Total time 4,000 hours minimum.
• Jet time 2,000 hours and multi-engine time 2,000 hours.
• PIC time 1,500+ hours; 500 PIC on Global 7500.
• Experience in conflict-affected/high-risk airspace environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner when defects affect schedule.
• Responsible for aircraft IAW EJME OM, including Operations, FDP and Safety.
• Ensure aircraft operation follows EJME POM and applicable SOPs.
• Know EJME OM, OIs/CMs and civil regs for the registered aircraft and operate accordingly.
• Hold ultimate responsibility for onboard decisions and ensure airworthiness before departure.
• Create a safe, professional onboard environment with emphasis on CRM.
• Verify passengers' travel documents before departure.
• Maintain crew appearance and ensure no damage to ExecuJet's image.
• Report abnormalities via proper channels; comply with internal/external rules and procedures.
• Duties may evolve to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner, when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule
• Be responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME OM, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to; Operations, FDP and Safety;
• Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w. EJME POM, depending on aircraft registry, including SOP’s;
• Be familiar with EJME OM, company OI's/CMs etc and Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered, and operate accordingly;
• Is responsible for all decisions made on board the aircraft; aircraft paperwork is in order before departure; aircraft is airworthy before departure;
• Create a safe and professional environment on-board with emphasis on good CRM;
• Ensure that the passengers travel documents are correct before departure;
• Has ultimate responsibility for the passenger, and that the passengers adhere to FA instructions. If operating with an ISP, the Captain will ensure that all briefings and cabin security checks are conducted by either himself, or assigned to the co-pilot;
• Brief passengers on journey time, en-route weather, possible delays and anything else pertinent to the flight;
• Ensure that the crew are presentable, and that the crew, at no time, damage the reputation or image of ExecuJet Middle East;
• Report any abnormalities, events, incidents or accidents, via the correct channels
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
