We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Factory Finance Controller in Dubai, UAE . The role requires an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong exposure to plant finance, manufacturing finance, financial management, inventory control, cost accounting, and plant-level reporting. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience and the financial leadership required to support manufacturing operations, strengthen controls, optimize working capital, and provide actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
  
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, overhead allocation, and cost variance analysis.
  
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, reconciliations, provisions, and inventory-control processes.
  
• Analyze manufacturing performance, production costs, margins, working capital, and operational financial KPIs.
  
• Develop financial models and management reports to support factory-level planning and decision-making.
