You will partner with production, procurement, and operations teams to improve cost visibility and drive actionable financial insights for factory performance.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 10+ years’ experience in plant and manufacturing finance.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Strong ability to develop financial models and management reports.
• Experience with ERP-based financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant-level finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, product costing, and overhead allocation.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, reconciliations, and controls.
• Analyze manufacturing performance, costs, margins, working capital, and KPIs.
• Develop financial models and management reports to support planning and decisions.
• Partner with production, procurement, supply chain, inventory, and management teams to improve cost visibility.
• Maintain robust financial controls and ensure accounting compliance.
• Drive ERP-based financial reporting and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
