Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Dubai is seeking a facilities management professional to monitor SLAs, coordinate with service providers, and oversee data, records, and maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive sustainability initiatives, conduct inspections, prepare reports, and participate in weekly and monthly meetings with the DHRE Administration team and partners. A technical degree and AutoCAD basics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical background related to facilities management or electrical/HVAC.
• Experience in a facility management department or role.
• Familiarity with sustainability, green initiatives and LEED programs.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD basics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track performance against SLAs ensuring service providers meet targets.
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve performance issues or SLA breaches.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to facility maintenance and operations; generate reports as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive data and records of facility-related information including maintenance records and service contracts.
• Develop and implement standardized procedures for data entry, record keeping, and document management.
• Develop and implement sustainability practices and waste reduction strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct property inspection audits and track progress.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings with DHRE Administration team and service provider; keep meeting records.

• Monitor and track performance against SLAs ensuring that service providers are meeting agreed-upon targets
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve any performance issues or breaches of SLAs taking appropriate actions
• Monitor and track key performance indicators KPIs related to facility maintenance and operations and generate reports as needed
• Maintain comprehensive data and record of facility-related information including maintenance records equipment inventory and service contracts
• Develop and implement standardized procedures for data entry record keeping and document management to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Develop and implement sustainability practices recycling waste reduction and strategies for the facility aligning them with organizational goals and objectives
• Conduct property inspection audits track the progress and record
• Conduct and attend weekly and monthly meetings with DHRE Administration team and service provider
• Keep records or meeting minutes and follow through

• Education, skills, abilities Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical background of Facility Management/ Electrical/HVAC/etc.
• Experience working in facility management department or role
• Familiarity with sustainability, green initiatives and/or LEED programs
• Knowledge of AutoCAD basics
• Good communication skills in written and verbal (handling meetings and reports)
