Job summary

Euro Mechanical is seeking a Facility/Asset Lead to oversee safe, cost-effective operations and maintenance of its facilities across multiple locations in the UAE. You will focus on preserving long-term asset value while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years in facility and asset management within industrial, oil & gas, or engineering environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in facility and asset management.
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or engineering environments.
• Strong adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance plans, repairs, and budgets.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and respond to breakdowns.
• Oversee operations including MRO, security, waste, and parking.
• Monitor utilities, control costs, and drive lean improvements.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with policies.
