Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Facility Maintenance Senior Officer (UAE National Only) to oversee maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure across manufacturing facilities. The role ensures safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance to support uninterrupted production operations.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise contractors, and drive continuous improvement in asset management, with a strong focus on HSE compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• UAE national eligible for employment (UAE National Only).
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of facility maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for facility assets and infrastructure.
• Ensure timely resolution of facility breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, warehouses, and production facilities.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Supervise contractors and service providers per company standards.
• Assist in developing annual preventive maintenance plans and track completion.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and facility standards.
• Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support facility improvement and expansion projects.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPI dashboards, and maintain asset records.
