Job summary

GMG Gulf is seeking an HVAC Technician - Property Maintenance in Dubai to service and maintain a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems across GMG properties. You will perform routine servicing, fault diagnosis, and preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and record-keeping.

You will read schematics, replace compressors, charge refrigerants, braze copper pipes, and support system commissioning with a focus on energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in air conditioning, refrigeration or mechanical maintenance.
• 2–3 years of hands-on HVAC installation, maintenance and repair.
• Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigerant faults.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems across properties.
• Diagnose equipment failure and attend HVAC complaints independently.
• Identify electrical, mechanical, refrigerant and control faults.
• Perform corrective repairs within agreed timeframes.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Service AHUs, FCUs, split ACs and related systems.
