Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Dubai to lead the maintenance team and oversee external contractors while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires mechanical/electrical engineering background and experience with facility management systems, with a focus on safe operations and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, controls) and facility operations.
• Experience with facility maintenance systems, tools, and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor the maintenance team to operate safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with network to implement technical solutions and standards.
• Maintain asset performance management metrics and safety/compliance programs.
• Manage preventive maintenance and vendor contracts; ensure on-site safety.
• Organize training and ensure adequate technical coverage across shifts.
