The ideal candidate holds a diploma in engineering and has over four years of experience in facilities management, showcasing strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, electrical maintenance, and ventilation.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and sustainability principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Assist with renovation, repair, and improvement projects across the facility.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.

Skills

Knowledge of building maintenance and facility management

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Education
