Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to supervise Soft and Hard FM services across client offices in Dubai. You will ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs while coordinating with clients and suppliers.

The role requires 5-7 years in FM or related supervisory roles, a Graduate Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, strong communication, and hands-on contract management with P&L awareness. Proficiency in CAFM and Microsoft tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in Facilities Management or related supervisory role.
• Graduate Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft systems and CAFM software.
• Excellent commercial understanding with P&L and budgeting experience.

About the RoleThe purpose of the role is to supervise and manage Soft and Hard FM Services at clients’ offices in Dubai and support operations as required.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for FM standards and delivery of the IFM services contract through KPIs and SLAs.Coordinate client performance reviews against agreed outputs on a monthly basis.Accountable for the financial performance of site service delivery.Ensure that essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed.Ensure that critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC) and non-critical systems and equipment are properly maintained.Manage suppliers and service providers supporting site operations.Assist in raising and managing purchase orders, work orders, e-logbooks, harbour calls, and related processes.

A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Facilities Management, or a supervisory role within a related service environment.Graduate Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical)Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in contract management and performance measurement.PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft systems, with experience in PPM and FM software systems such as CAFM.Excellent commercial understanding, including P&L and budget responsibility.
