Job summary

CBRE Excellerate in Dubai seeks a supervisor to oversee Soft and Hard FM services at clients' offices. You will support operations and ensure contract delivery across facilities.

The role requires 5–7 years in customer service, facilities management, or a related supervisory role; strong communication, contract management, and CAFM/MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Facilities Management, or a supervisory role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in contract management and performance measurement.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft systems; experience in PPM and FM software such as CAFM.
• Excellent commercial understanding, including P&L and budget responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FM standards and delivery of the IFM services contract via KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate client performance reviews against outputs monthly.
• Be accountable for the financial performance of site service delivery.
• Ensure soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed.
• Maintain critical systems (UPS, FM200, Fire Alarm, Emergency Lighting, M&E, HVAC).
• Manage suppliers and service providers supporting site operations.
• Assist in raising and managing purchase orders, work orders, e-logbooks, harbour calls, and related processes.

About The Role

The purpose of the role is to supervise and manage Soft and Hard FM Services at clients' offices in Dubai and support operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for FM standards and delivery of the IFM services contract through KPIs and SLAs.

• Ensure that essential site soft and hard services PPM and remedial works are completed.
