Job summary

Confidential Company seeks a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee all facility management functions for company accommodation. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and HVAC systems, coordinating maintenance with HRM and contractors to preserve asset value.

The role requires strong MS Office proficiency, HSE knowledge, and excellent communication in English and Hindi; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Facility Management functions and related disciplines.
• Proactive personality with cost-saving mindset.
• English and HindI (note: Arabic beneficial) communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Management for company accommodation, ensuring assets operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with HRM for scheduling and resources.
• Ensure statutory maintenance and supervise contractors for PPM.
• Monitor camp policies, safety, and workplace protection; supervise site operations.
