Job summary

Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated Facade QA/QC Engineer to join our quality assurance team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring facade installations meet high standards of quality and safety, evaluating materials, monitoring construction techniques, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the project.

You will develop QA processes for facade systems, inspect materials and assemblies, and review ITPs and method statements, coordinating with subcontractors and the project team to resolve

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC for facade construction.
• Strong understanding of facade materials and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with codes and standards applicable to façades.
• Ability to prepare and review ITPs, method statements, and QA documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes specific to facade systems.
• Conduct inspections of facade materials and assemblies to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Review and approve method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs) related to facade installation.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities focusing on facade quality, including material delivery inspections and installation checks.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Identify non-conformities and work with subcontractors and the project team to develop corrective action plans.
• Ensure all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Act as a liaison between project management, contractors, and consultants to facilitate effective communication on quality issues.
